A summertime grilling classic, sausage and veggie kabobs are savory, smokey, and an easy crowd-pleaser. Tacoma Boys offers a variety of sausage like kielbasa plus your choice of vegetables and seasonings to customize your own kabobs!

  • 1, 12 oz Hempler Kielbasa Smoked Sausage
  • 1 large zucchini 
  • 2 sweet bell peppers 
  • 1 red onion
  • 2-3 tbsp Bragg Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ - 1 tsp Tacoma Boys Italian Seasoning
  • ½ - 1 tsp Tacoma Boys Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Tacoma Boys Gourmet Paprika
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Slice the zucchini into ½ inch thick slices. Cut the bell pepper and onion into 1 inch pieces. Chop the sausage into 1 ½ inch pieces.
  • Season the Vegetables

    Place the vegetables and sausage in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Add the italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and salt. Toss to combine and evenly coat the sausage and veggies with oil and seasonings.
  • Assemble Kabobs

    Thread the prepared sausage and veggies on skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  • Grill & Enjoy

    Heat the grill to medium high heat, about 450 degrees. When the grill is hot, place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes, until the veggies are slightly tender and everything is lightly charred and browned.
