Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Chicken, bacon, and ranch are a win-win flavor combination that tastes so good!

The three are combined on these sliders along with pepper jack cheese for an easy and satisfying meal. It can be an appetizer or served up for a meal all on its own.

  • 1 lb Tacoma Boys Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 12 oz Tacoma Boys Hickory Smoked Bacon, chopped and cooked
  • ¾ Newman’s Own Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • Kings Savory Butter Hawaiian Rolls, 12 count
  • 4-6 slices Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese Thick Cut
  • 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Chopped fresh parsley, to serve

Directions

  • Cook the Chicken

    Add the chicken breasts to a large pot and fill with water. Cover, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until the chicken breasts are cooked through. Remove, let cool slightly, and shred with two forks or using a hand mixer until broken up and shredded.
  • Preheat the Oven

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix the Ingredients

    Mix the chicken with the cooked and crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and chopped green onion.
  • Assemble the Sliders

    Cut the pack of rolls in half in one block. Lay the slices of cheese down on the bottom half of the rolls. Spread the chicken mixture in a single even layer on top of the cheese, then top with the top half of the rolls.
  • Bake

    Mix the melted butter with the garlic powder then brush on top of the rolls. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the sliders are warmed through and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

    Remove from the oven and top with parsley. Serve hot, breaking each roll away from the group as you go.
