Overnight Oats, Yogurt, & Berry Parfaits

If waking up to make breakfast isn’t your thing, then this overnight oat parfait may be just for you. Select one of Tacoma Boys’ rolled oats and whisk with simple ingredients so you can pop in the fridge overnight for an instant breakfast.

You can find all of these necessary ingredients at your local Tacoma Boys to make your mornings much easier. We carry a variety of fresh berries and fruit to choose from. This allows you to make recipes like this one completely customizable.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 8 oz plain or vanilla yogurt
  • Mixed berries of choice

Directions

  • Make the oats.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the oats, chia seed, honey, milk, vanilla, and sea salt. Once combined, cover and refrigerate for at least four hours up to overnight.
  • Assemble & serve!

    When ready to serve, make the parfait by layering ¼ of the overnight oats, 4 oz yogurt, a handful of mixed berries, and another ¼ of the overnight oats. Repeat with the second serving and enjoy!
