Chicken and beef are a usual rotation for family dinner proteins. But this simple recipe for pork chops is a great way to switch it up while keeping dinner quick, easy, healthy and delicious!

On the side, try some fresh green beans and carrots, along with a green salad topped with balsamic vinaigrette. These all make for complementary and flavorful sides dishes for Mushroom Pork Chops.

4 pork chops salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. 1 Chopped Onion 1/2 lb  Sliced Mushrooms 10 oz  - Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup.


  • Season the Meat

    Season the 4 pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
  • Brown the Meat

    Brown the pork chops over medium-high heat in a skillet. Add 1 chopped onion and 1/2-pound sliced mushrooms and sauté for one minute. Add 10 ounces of condensed cream of mushroom soup.
  • Let it Simmer

    Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Try serving with some fresh green beans and a green salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and carrots for complementary and flavorful sides.
