Mango Tajin Popsicles

Refreshing and fruity mango popsicles are perfect for the start of summer! With just a few ingredients necessary, why not make your own sweet and spicy popsicles at home?

These are full of fresh complementary flavors with a squeeze of lime and a hint of spice thanks to Tajin seasoning.

  • 10 oz bag frozen Cascadian Farm Organic Mango Chunks
  • 1 cup Zoi Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup Columbia Gorge Organic Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice, about 1-2 limes
  • ¼ cup Tajin Clasico Seasoning

Directions

  • Blend the Mango

    To a blender, add the frozen mango, yogurt, orange juice, honey and lime juice. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the Mixture Into Molds

    Pour this mixture into prepared popsicle molds, tapping on the bottom to avoid air bubbles. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Dip the Popsicles in Tajin

    Place the tajin seasoning in a small bowl. Remove the popsicles from the molds and dip the ends in the tajin seasoning. To make it stick better, let the popsicles sit at room temperature for 5 minutes first.
