Blueberry Limeade with Mint

Slightly sweet and tart, this blueberry limeade is great for spring and summer! This recipe simply uses fresh limes, honey, blueberries, and a touch of mint for a fruity, herbal drink that is tasty and refreshing.
Feel free to use more or less honey or lime to adjust the drink to your desired sweetness.

- ½ cup lime juice (about 4-6 limes)
- ⅓ cup GloryBee Clover Honey, or to taste
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 6-10 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup water

Muddle the Berries
In a large mason jar or pitcher, add the lime juice, honey, blueberries, and mint. Muddle well to mash the blueberries and mint. -
Serve over Ice
Stir in the water. Serve over ice in two glasses with extra mint leaves and lime wedges to garnish.
