MUSHROOM PORK CHOPS

10 oz - Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup.

Season the Meat
Season the 4 pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.Brown the Meat
Brown the pork chops over medium-high heat in a skillet. Add 1 chopped onion and 1/2-pound sliced mushrooms and sauté for one minute. Add 10 ounces of condensed cream of mushroom soup.Let it Simmer
Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.Presentation Suggestions
