Herbed Arnold Palmer


A simple half-and-half mixture of ice tea and lemonade is a classic refreshment that’s as easy to make as it sounds!
This version uses basil and mint for an added kick of flavor and brightness. What could be more refreshing for a hot afternoon in the summer sun?

- 6 cups water, divided
- 3 bags Teatulia Black Tea
- 5 mint leaves
- 5 basil leaves
- 2-3 lemons, juiced
- ⅓ cup Bee King’s Raw Honey
- Torn basil leaves, for garnish
- Torn mint leaves, for garnish
Directions

Make the tea.
In a medium saucepan, heat 2 cups of water until simmering. Add the tea bags, mint leaves, and basil leaves. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags. Let cool for 5-10 minutes. -
Mix.
Pour steeped tea into a pitcher, then add lemon juice, honey, torn basil and mint, and 4 cups cold water. Stir well. -
Taste & serve!
Taste and add more lemon juice or honey, depending on tartness and sweetness. Serve chilled over ice.
