Garlic Butter Breadsticks
In honor of National Breadstick Day on October 30, these breadsticks are simple and tasty to cook up. They’re dense, chewy, and garlicky!
This recipe takes less than 20 minutes thanks to a premade ball of pizza dough.

- 16 oz Essential Baking Company Organic Pizza Dough, room temperature
- 3 tbsp Nellie’s Free Range Butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1-2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional dipping sauces like San Marzano Marinara Sauce and Paesana White Pizza Sauce
Directions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and grease or line a medium baking sheet.Prepare the Ingredients
Spread the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface in a rectangular shape, then cut lengthwise into 1 ½-2 inch wide strips.Cut the Breadsticks
Transfer the strips to the prepared baking sheet and let rise for a couple minutes while preparing the butter mixture.Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Brush butter mixture evenly over the breadsticks.Bake the Breadsticks
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Brush with any remaining butter mixture while still warm.Serve and Enjoy!
Sprinkle with extra parsley and serve immediately with desired dipping sauces.
