Asparagus Brie Puff Pastry Bites
Tasty bites of creamy brie cheese pair perfectly with roasted asparagus.
The two are simply wrapped up in buttery puff pastry and baked until golden for this easy appetizer!

- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 4 oz Marin French Cheese Co. Brie Cheese, sliced
- 1, 7 oz sheet Dufour Classic Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 tbsp honey, to serve
Directions
Prepare the Puff Pastry
Lay the sheet of puff pastry out on a work surface and roll to thin it out just a bit. Cut the puff pastry into six rectangles (cut in half, then in thirds). Place these rectangles of puff pastry on a lined baking sheet.Assemble the Pastry Bites
Lay a slice of brie cheese diagonal in the center of each rectangle, then place a few asparagus spears on top. Fold the sides of the puff pastry over the asparagus, pressing gently to stick the puff pastry to itself.Bake and Enjoy
Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 30-35 mins, until the puff pastry is golden and cooked through. Let cool slightly before serving with a drizzle of honey!
