Just a few fresh ingredients and kitchen staples make this salad an easy go to for any meal. It’s perfect next to pasta or your favorite protein!

You could even make a big batch of this dressing and keep some extra on hand for simple salad later in week.

Ingredients

Salad
  • ½ avocado, cubed or sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • Fresh dill, as desired
Dressing
  • ½ cup Napoleon Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Napoleon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ sweet onion, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Make the Dressing

    In a small airtight container with a lid, add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper. Shake vigorously until combined, adjust salt and pepper if needed, then add the thinly sliced onions to marinate. Let marinate while you prepare the salad.
  • Assemble the Salad

    Layer the butter lettuce, avocado, crumbled feta, and fresh dill in a shallow serving bowl and top onions, dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve and Enjoy

    Serve alongside your favorite main for a complete, delicious meal!
