A delicious and healthy treat for a hot day in the South Sound!
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 oranges peeled
- 1/4 lemon peeled
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (ie.raspberries)
- 1 small beet scrubbed well or peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 small piece of peeled ginger root
- 2 cups of beet greens
Blend Smoothie until optimal consistencyPlace food items into the Vitamix in the order listed, and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Best smoothie ever!!!I add fresh turmeric:)
