A delicious and healthy treat for a hot day in the South Sound!

- 1 cup cold water
- 2 oranges peeled
- 1/4 lemon peeled
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (ie.raspberries)
- 1 small beet scrubbed well or peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 small piece of peeled ginger root
- 2 cups of beet greens
Directions
Blend Smoothie until optimal consistency
Place food items into the Vitamix in the order listed, and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
